All products offered by 3R Aminos LLC are for laboratory research use only.
They are not intended for human consumption, medical, or diagnostic use.
By purchasing from our Site, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or organization authorized to handle such materials safely and lawfully.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In rare cases, additional processing time may be required for verification or stock availability.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate notification once your order ships.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery
- We ship orders via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) depending on destination and delivery requirements.
- Shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, or customs processing.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers, weather, or import inspections.
4. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships.
- Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value shipments.
5. International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer International shipping of our products. This is subject to change at a later date.
6. Risk of Loss
All products are carefully packaged and shipped in good condition.
Risk of loss, damage, or confiscation passes to the customer once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted to Info@3raminos.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We strive to process all of our orders expeditiously, therefore the timing for updating or canceling your order is critical.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.
Exceptions may apply only if:
- You receive an incorrect item, or
- The product arrives damaged or defective due to our error.
To request a replacement or partial refund for a defective order:
- Contact Info@3raminos.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3R Aminos LLC reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement for any given reason.
9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal:
- A reshipment fee may apply, or
- You may request a refund minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
10. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us immediately at Info@3raminos.com within 24 hours of receipt.
- Keep all packaging materials and photographs for claim verification.
- We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier or provide a replacement as appropriate.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in shipping due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, pandemics, transportation strikes, customs delays, or government restrictions.
